Andrew W. Lawrence is an Associate of the Energy Group at Burns White, where he focuses on due diligence review, title curative measures, and certified title opinions in oil and gas matters.
A former abstractor for a land services company, Andrew researched up to 150-year real estate chains of title relating to both surface and mineral rights for oil and gas leases prior to joining the firm. In addition, he interned at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and for Magisterial District Justice Janice Jimenez in Lancaster, Pa.
Andrew graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2012. While there, he served as a staff editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law and spent a semester studying abroad at the London Law Consortium. Andrew received a B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Temple University in 2004.
Andrew is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
